Caroline López-Beauchamp is a dual-licensed CPA and attorney who advises businesses, founders, and professional advisors on tax strategy, business structuring, and incentive planning in Puerto Rico. She is known for translating complex tax and legal rules into clear, actionable guidance that supports sound decision-making, especially at critical stages of growth and investment.

Caroline’s practice focuses on strategic planning and incentive-driven structuring, including Puerto Rico tax incentives, credits, and government-issued decrees. She regularly works on projects involving energy, tourism, manufacturing, transportation, export services, real estate, agriculture, and technology, helping clients align tax efficiency with compliance and long-term business goals.

Before founding CLB Tax, Caroline built extensive experience advising on high-value transactions and investment projects, designing tax and legal frameworks that support large-scale operations while managing regulatory risk. Her background also includes public-sector and policy work, where she participated in the development and implementation of economic development initiatives and regulatory frameworks under major legislative programs.

In addition to advising clients directly, Caroline frequently collaborates with CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors, serving as a strategic resource on complex tax, incentives, and structuring matters.
